This website, swissmilitaryaudio.com, is owned and operated by Vision Distribution Pvt. Ltd., H-47, Bali Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110015, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). Swiss Military is a trademark used under licence by Vision Distribution Pvt. Ltd.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

4. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• Product images on this website are for representation purposes only. The actual product may vary.
• We try to show product details and prices accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address can’t be served, or we suspect fraud or bulk reselling. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.

6. Payments

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, EMI through Snapmint, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card details.

8. Replacement, cancellation and warranty

Replacement of damaged, defective or wrong products, and order cancellation, are covered in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Brand warranty on our products is covered in our Warranty Policy.

9. Offers and coupons

• Coupons and offers are valid only for the period and products stated.
• Only one coupon can be used per order unless the offer says otherwise.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may withdraw an offer in case of misuse.

10. Product use and safety

Use products as described in the user manual. Charge only with compatible chargers and cables. Keep products away from water beyond their stated IP rating, from fire and from extreme heat. Do not open or modify products, especially those with lithium batteries.

11. Reviews and content you share

When you post a review, photo or comment on our website or social media, you allow us to display and use it to promote our products. Your content must be genuine, lawful and your own. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, text and design, belongs to Vision Distribution Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Place fake or fraudulent orders
• Try to interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Copy or scrape website content or data

14. Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites, such as marketplaces or social media. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Communications

When you place an order, create an account or share your contact details with us, you agree that we may contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone call:

• Order updates: order confirmation, shipping, delivery, replacement and warranty updates
• Offers and updates: new launches, offers, discounts and other promotional messages

You can stop promotional messages at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails, replying STOP on SMS or WhatsApp, or contacting our customer care team. Order updates will still be sent, as they are needed to complete your order.

17. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or courier disruptions.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

19. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact our customer care team first. If it isn’t resolved, you can reach our Grievance Officer. Both are listed on our Support page.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
