What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum 10 units. Pricing tiers improve significantly at 50+, 100+, 250+ and 500+ units.
Can you brand the products with our logo?
Yes — we offer logo printing on the product, laser engraving on metal/wood surfaces and custom branded packaging. Share your logo in vector format (AI, SVG, PDF) and we'll mock it up before production.
Do you provide GST invoice?
Yes — proper GST invoice with our GSTIN issued for every B2B order. Eligible for ITC claim. Share your company GSTIN at order time.
What's the delivery timeline?
Standard bulk orders ship within 7-10 business days from order confirmation + payment. Branded/customized orders may take 12-15 days depending on artwork complexity. Rush orders possible — let us know your deadline.
What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?
For corporate orders: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS bank transfer (preferred), UPI for orders under ₹2 lakh, COD on select pincodes. We typically work with 50% advance + 50% before dispatch.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we ship product samples to your office (paid at retail price, refundable against bulk order). Branding mock-up provided free before production starts.
What if a unit is defective on arrival?
All units carry 12-month manufacturer warranty. For DOA (dead-on-arrival) units, we offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Defective units shipped post-warranty are covered under the 1-year warranty terms.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship pan-India. For international shipping, please reach out to us at sunil.sharma@vdpl.in — we can quote on a case-by-case basis.
