Where we deliver

We deliver to the majority of pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page to check delivery to your address.

If our regular courier partners don’t serve your pincode, we’ll try to deliver through India Post. If delivery to your pincode isn’t possible at all, we won’t accept the order. If an order has already been placed and we can’t deliver it after several attempts, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Dispatch time

We dispatch orders every working day (Monday to Saturday).

  • Prepaid orders: orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: our team confirms your order by call or WhatsApp first. Orders confirmed by 1pm are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed or confirmed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

*Same-day dispatch may vary in some cases, such as stock unavailability, staff availability, logistics or courier pickup delays, or other unforeseen reasons.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5 working days of dispatch.

Delivery may take longer in these cases:

  • Your pincode isn’t served by our regular courier partners and the order is sent through India Post
  • The courier needs multiple delivery attempts, for example because no one was available to receive the order, the address was incomplete, or the phone number couldn’t be reached
  • Sales, festivals, bad weather, local restrictions or courier disruptions

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across 19,000+ pincodes. You’ll see whether it’s available for your pincode at product page & checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email.

Changing your delivery address

Contact us before your order is dispatched to change the delivery address. Once an order has shipped, the address can’t be changed.

If you’re not available

The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery still fails, the order is returned to us and we’ll contact you about next steps.

Receiving your order

Check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the outer package looks tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us. We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open the package.
