Refund policy

1. Free Shipping for orders above ₹.1,000/-
Standard Delivery Charges will be applicable for orders below ₹1,000/-

2. All orders placed through the Website are subject to availability of the products listed on our website and subject to receipt of payment. This means that Swiss Military may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without any liability thereof.

3. All payments should be made online through a secure network / payment gateway as may be provided on the website which belongs to a recognised bank.

4. All the products are eligible for return within 3 days of the delivery of the product.

5. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Swiss Military will issue you a refund.

6. All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such products shall pass to you upon our delivery to the end carrier.

7. Delivery
The general delivery timeline is 7 to 9 business days (metro cities) and 10 to 15 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code. However, the duration of delivery of products will depend on customer location. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Swiss Military will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the End User arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Swiss Military reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in instalments. If the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Swiss Military fails to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments.

In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, Swiss Military may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods and products returned back to the Swiss Military, we may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. Swiss Military will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
